Wonderful experience! Always a bit nervous when going to the dentist, but the whole experience made the visit as relaxing as can be. Very friendly staff, made it easy to make an appointment and add me to their system. Brizma, the dental hygienist, was excellent and went through my x-rays and exam with me, and explained the results clearly. She added recommendations to improve my gum health. All with a smile on her face, making the experience even more pleasant. The doctor was also friendly and informative. The office is clean, modern, and comfortable. What started out as a good experience with Dr. Flor Luzardo,turned  very bad within a few days. I've been having work done on my teeth all my life. I'm approaching 60. I've worked in a dental office and have a friend of over 25 years who is a dentist in LA. Most importantly I know my own body and mouth. I went in the office to get a filling and a cleaning. I ended up getting 2 fillings. While actually sitting in the dental chair I was sent the link to do a Google review?? In the end & I'm sure not intentionally the tooth next to the one being worked on was broken. Dr. Luzardo insisted that I needed a root canal. I said I didn't want one & she should pull the tooth. She wouldn't do it. I had to go to the Doctor she referred me to, take a day off from work and pay $140 to the Doctor I was sent to nearly an hour away. Ultimately he came to the same conclusion, pull the tooth. He called Dr. Luzardo and explained he was sending me back to have the tooth pulled. I went back and said I wish you would have just done this in the first place. And I was glad the other Doctor was honest enough to tell me not to get the root canal. It would have been alot of money down the drain. Dr Luzardo got up and walked out like a spoiled child.  The manager in trying to make things right for the broken tooth and sending me all over the place and lost time at work said he would try and give me a fair price.  The manager walked in with a letter from Dr Luzardo saying that she is refusing to give me treatment!?!? It's now getting late in the day and I still need my broken painful tooth pulled. The manager rushed to find me someone and returned my initial $248 payment. Same day 3rd office. The doctor pulls the tooth and confirmed a root canal would NOT  have worked. My advice to Dr Luzardo is listen to what you're patients have to say and don't run off like a child when you're wrong. We all have experiences we can learn from every day. If you notice they say that was over 4 years ago. the tooth is still missing due to Dr Luzardo doing a terrible job and the tooth is still missing!

I had a wonderful experience at My Tamarac Dentist! The office is very organized, professional, and welcoming, and the customer service is excellent. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and truly cared for throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Tiffany, who guided me through everything from beginning to end. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. She even helped me with the credit application so I could get the dental work I needed. I really appreciated how she took the time to explain everything and made the whole process so much easier. I highly recommend My Tamarac Dentist to anyone looking for a dental office with great service, caring staff, and a professional environment.
